Karnataka Cabs is a Trusted Cab Rental Company, where you book a cab online for Out Station use (within and outside Karnataka). 

How Can I book a Cab?
You can book online or call our 27 x 7 help desk number provided in the top right corner of the website.

Do you accept credit cards, online banking or debit cards to book the cab online?
You can make the payment online using your debit and credit cards. We also offer net banking facility.

How easy is it to book a cab with Karnataka cabs?
It is very easy to book a cab online, just search the cab by providing the requested information, choose the cab in the list, and by providing the requested information and making the advance payment online. It should not take you more than a couple of minutes to complete a booking online at Karnataka Cabs.

How do I cancel my Cab booking?
You need not to worry about it, write to us on cancel@KarnatakaCabs.com with subject as cancellation or call our help desk number provided in the top right corner of the website to cancel your booking mention your booking number.

What are the charges for Cab cancellation?
24 hours before you can cancel there will be no cancellation chargers.

When will I receive the vehicle and driver details?
We will SMS the vehicle number and driver details 2 to 4 hours prior to your departure time. In case you do not receive the same, please call the help desk number provided in the top right corner of the website.

Do I have to pay the entire amount at the time of booking?
No. You need to make an advance of 10% of the total amount at the time of booking. Upon making a reservation, you will receive a base cost estimate for your car hiring. This is not to be construed as the total cost for the trip. The total cost of the trip will depend on your actual usage of the vehicle.

Are there any other charges that I have to pay?
The charges indicated in our website are just the estimate for your car hiring. While our advance amount includes a GST component of 5% and Permit charges, tolls, parking charges, etc., are additional and will have to be borne by the customer and payable to the chauffer at the end of the journey.

How do I settle the balance after my journey?
Post the completion of your trip, the chauffeur will compute the amount as per the usage of the cab. You can also verify this calculation from our customer help desk as well in case you have doubts/queries regarding the same. Please deduct the advance amount that you have paid online at KarnatakaCabs.com from this and pay him the balance amount in cash to the chauffeur for which he will give you a receipt. For any clarifications, you can call the help desk number provided in the top right corner of the website.

How should I understand the various charges indicated for various vehicle types?
Outstation trips are charged at a minimum distance of 300 Kilometer for a calendar day ending 12.00 midnight. BA/TA Outstation allowance (varies from Rs 250 to Rs 600 per day depending on vehicle type) is payable to a chauffeur for driving upto 9 PM on any given calendar day. Extra overtime driver allowance for outstation driving after 9 PM is to be calculated at 100% of daily outstation BA/TA.  In case you use a vehicle for an outstation visit, you will be either billed for a minimum distance (in case you have not travelled beyond the minimum distance) or the actual distance (in case your journey exceeds minimum distance).

For example, if a cab is used for 5 days with a minimum distance to be covered of 300 kilometers and is returned after covering 1150 kilometers. The billing will be done for 1500 kilometers (5 days x 300 Kms). The billing will be for 1500 kilometers. If the cab usage exceeds more than 1500 kilometers the extra kilometer rate will be applicable for the extra usage as per the rate per km for the vehicle type. Apart from this there would be Interstate tax / Permit charges payable if the vehicle is travelled outside the Karnataka state. You will also need to pay tolls, entry fees, parking charges directly as per actuals. 

Is Payments done at KarnatakaCabs.com secure?

What are the different payment options you provide?
Different payment options for making a booking are Credit card, Debit card, Internet banking (all leading banks).

Will my personal information be shared with any other service providers? I don’t want my personal details sold to any third parties or included in any mailing list.
KarnatakaCabs.com will not share your name or any other personal information with third parties at any time, except where it is necessary to deliver the service or in response to a legal or court order or specifically authorized by you.
